Who is contemplative coaching for? This isn’t surface-level coaching. It’s for those ready to go deep, get clear, and move forward. If you’re feeling stuck between who you are and who you want to be, contemplative coaching offers a grounded, transformative space to reconnect with your life’s direction. The Spiritually Curious High-Achiever You’ve built a life that looks successful on the outside, but something feels off. Maybe you work in finance, tech, academia, or a creative industry. You’re intelligent, thoughtful, and capable. Yet beneath the accomplishments is a quiet restlessness: a longing for meaning, clarity, and deeper connection. This coaching helps you move from autopilot to purpose. You’ll gain tools to turn inner insight into real-world change, without spiritual bypassing, and without having to sacrifice your intellect for depth. You want: A life that feels whole, not just efficient Practical direction rooted in soulful clarity Support that’s intelligent, honest, and non-dogmatic To feel present, aligned, and truly alive again The Emotionally Deep Creative or Seeker You’re clear on what matters. You’ve done the inner work: therapy, journaling, spiritual practice. You know your values, your passions, and your purpose. But building a stable, materially supported life that reflects those truths? That’s the hard part. You're unwilling to follow a path that asks you to leave your soul at the door. You don’t need more insight; you need integration. You need a way to turn your depth into real momentum, without compromising who you are. This coaching helps you: Create a structure that supports your spirit Break through cycles of self-doubt or inertia Build stability without selling out Make aligned decisions around time, money, and energy Move from vision to action, on your own terms For Both: A Return to Alignment Whether you’re craving structure or soul, presence or progress, this coaching is designed for people who want both. It’s not about fixing you, it’s about realigning with what matters. This is for you if you’re ready to: Move forward with clarity and conviction Slow down without losing momentum Turn insight into impact Live a more honest, integrated life

What differentiates Bomiso’s contemplative coaching from other life coaches?1. Rooted in Practical Spirituality and Personal Integrity Bomiso is built on the belief that you don’t have to choose between a grounded spiritual life and material stability. Whether you’re a busy professional or a sensitive creative, I meet you where you are, with tools and insights tailored to your real-world needs. A businessman doesn’t need a tarot reading, but he might need space for mindfulness and clarity. This is a practical spiritual path that honors your life context, not bypasses it. 2. Contemplative Coaching Backed by the ICF Model and Inner Depth Contemplative coaching is my unique expression of the ICF life coaching model, a powerful, non-directive practice grounded in deep listening, open-ended questions, and client-led discovery. As a trained life coach, I follow the International Coaching Federation’s core competencies and ethical standards. What makes this contemplative is the lens I bring as a theologian and practitioner of the Christian mystical tradition. Rather than rushing toward goals, we slow down and explore not only what you want to do, but who you are becoming. It’s not about productivity for its own sake, it’s about transformation from the inside out. 3. I Don’t Prescribe, You Discover I don’t position myself as an expert in how you should live. Instead, I hold space for your clarity to emerge. This isn’t passive listening, though, I guide you with powerful questions, visioning techniques, and reflection practices that help you take aligned, meaningful action. My role is to help you hear yourself more clearly and move forward with confidence and compassion. 4. I Care Deeply, and It Shows I come to each session prepared and fully present. You’ll receive a detailed post-session write-up to help you integrate your insights and maintain momentum. This is coaching with heart and structure. I’m invested in your transformation, not just spiritually, but in how that transformation shows up in your daily life. 5. A Space for the Spirit to Move Contemplative coaching holds room for the mystery of transformation, what some might call grace or Spirit. We don’t force change. We make space for it. Whether in a silent pause, a sudden insight, or a shift in energy, this work honors the deeper current of your life.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?Coaching and therapy are both powerful paths, but they serve different purposes. Therapy is typically focused on healing, working with past wounds, mental health challenges, or emotional patterns that require clinical support. Coaching, on the other hand, begins in the present and looks toward the future. It’s not about diagnosing or treating; it’s about expanding awareness and supporting meaningful change in your everyday life. As a contemplative coach, I don’t give advice or operate from an assumption of brokenness. I hold space for the wisdom that already exists within you. Each session centers on a real situation or question you’re navigating right now. Through deep presence, powerful open-ended questions, and strategic action steps, we co-create a path forward, one that reflects your values, priorities, and sense of spiritual purpose. This work often brings clarity to things that were once buried: limiting beliefs, quiet longings, or divine invitations. You begin to see your life from a wider angle, and from that clarity, you take action. While coaching can feel deeply reflective, sometimes even therapeutic, it is not therapy. I am not a licensed mental health professional. I don’t diagnose, treat, or help process trauma. If that’s what you need, I strongly encourage working with a trained therapist. But if you’re seeking clarity, momentum, and spiritually grounded direction, coaching may be exactly the support you’ve been looking for.

Do I have to be spiritual or religious to work with you?Not at all. My coaching is open to anyone drawn to depth, clarity, and transformation, regardless of belief system. While my lens is rooted in contemplative Christian spirituality, I approach every client with openness and respect. I won’t make assumptions about your path, and I will never impose my view of the sacred onto yours. If you’re spiritual-but-not-religious, agnostic, curious, or grounded in a specific tradition, you’re welcome here. My role is to help you feel more alive—more connected to your values, body, and purpose, both practically and spiritually. I’m also a trained theologian. If you want to integrate spiritual practice into our sessions, I can hold space for prayer, silence, meditation, or reflection. It’s always your choice. I’ve worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds: Atheist, Agnostic, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, and more. What matters most is your readiness for honest, soul-aligned growth.

What kinds of topics can we explore in a session?Anything that matters to you. Whether you're navigating a career shift, feeling stuck in creative or relational patterns, or yearning for more clarity, meaning, or structure, this is a space for honest exploration and forward movement. You might bring: A desire to live more aligned with your values Questions about purpose, calling, or identity Burnout, restlessness, or disconnection from your body or spirit Resistance to hustle culture and a longing for a more soulful rhythm A need for clarity in decision-making or life direction Contemplative coaching welcomes your full humanity. This includes your emotions, doubts, and deeper longings. Vulnerability isn’t a flaw here, it’s fuel for transformation. While we don’t diagnose or process trauma (those are best held by a therapist), we do work with the big questions in life, and translate insight into grounded, sustainable change. Each session aims to bring more alignment between who you are and how you live, so you can move forward with presence, integrity, and momentum.

Why is contemplative life coaching a premium investment?Because it creates real, lasting change, not quick fixes. When you’re navigating life alone, it’s easy to stay stuck in the same loops: burnout, overthinking, spiritual dryness, or misaligned choices. Contemplative coaching interrupts these patterns with structure, presence, and clarity. Through deep listening, powerful questions, and practical tools, we co-create space for fresh insight, and turn that insight into action. You won’t just leave sessions feeling inspired. You’ll leave with a personalized, forward-moving plan rooted in your actual life. I’m trained through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global gold standard in coaching. My method blends their non-directive, results-based framework with the spiritual depth of contemplative tradition, offering both rigorous structure and soulful reflection. This work is not transactional, it’s transformational. When you invest time, energy, and finances into your own growth, you begin to show up differently. You take your life seriously. And transformation becomes possible. That said, I believe integrity and accessibility can coexist. If cost is a concern, I’m open to alternative arrangements, whether through sliding scale, referrals, or creative exchange. Your transformation is worth the investment. And I’m here to walk with you, every step of the way.
