About the event

Lent is often associated with giving things up. This year, we invite you to take something up instead: a posture of rest.


In a world that demands our constant attention, silence is a radical act. Join us for a 5-week journey where we will slow down, quiet our minds, and practice simply "being" in the presence of the divine. We will also introduce you to the concept of "Divine Therapy" as a somatic method, as explained by Thomas Keating.


Whether you are a seasoned practitioner of Centering Prayer or simply feeling the need for a quiet hour in the middle of your week, you are welcome here. No prior experience with contemplative prayer is necessary. You are welcome to any and all sessions.

Each one-hour gathering is designed to be a peaceful anchor in your week. We will follow a simple rhythm:
