Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation: All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time. Packages & Validity: Coaching packages (e.g., 4 or 8 sessions) are valid for a specified period from the date of purchase, typically ranging from 1 to 4 months. Unused sessions will expire after this period unless prior arrangements are made. Client Autonomy & Refunds: Clients may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. Refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, deducting used sessions and any applicable administrative fees. Requests for termination and refunds must be submitted in writing. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Records are maintained securely and disposed of in compliance with applicable laws. Scope of Practice: Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at personal and professional growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If issues arise that are beyond the scope of coaching, referrals to appropriate professionals may be recommended. Ethical Standards: As a coach adhering to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, I commit to maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism, respecting client autonomy and confidentiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
