Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation: All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered used. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time. Client Autonomy & Refunds: Clients may terminate the spiritual direction relationship at any time. Refunds for unused sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, deducting used sessions and any applicable administrative fees. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. Confidentiality: All spiritual direction sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Records are maintained securely and disposed of in compliance with applicable laws. Scope of Practice: Spiritual Direction is a collaborative process aimed at personal and spiritual growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If issues arise that are beyond the scope of our relationship, referrals to appropriate professionals may be recommended. Ethical Standards: As a spiritual director adhering to the ethical guidelines of Spiritual Directors International (SDI), I commit to holding a safe and sacred space for all who meet with me. I honour confidentiality, respect each person’s spiritual autonomy, maintain healthy boundaries, and engage in ongoing personal and professional formation to deepen my capacity for this work.
